As a Certified Nutritionist, all of the information offered is evidence-based, and reflects my personal knowledge and experience. My opinions and thoughts are my own. I do not promote specific brands or allow advertisers to influence the content of this site. If I mention a product by name, it’s because I genuinely like the product, and I do not receive any renumeration for it. 

Occasionally I may link to a third party websites, usually because I like what they have to share and think you might too.  Those linked sites and pages are not under my control, so I’m not responsible for the content of those and am not endorsing or sponsoring that site or its information. I am also not responsible for what these sites do with your personal information should you choose to visit them.

Termination of Access:  I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your password or account and removing any of your posts. While I reserve the right to do this for any reason, I’ll definitely do it if I believe you have violated or may violate these Terms and Conditions.  You agree that any suspension and/or termination of your access to Nutrition Expert, or use of my services (paid or free) may be effected without prior notice and that Nutrition Expert will not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. Access to the members only area of the site expires 7 days after the completion of any program. 

Adults only: You must be over 18 years to register or participate in any of my online programs, including the membership area of my site. If you need support with dietary change, but are under the age of 18, ask your parent or legal guardian to contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

You buy it, it’s yours! All of my digital products, services, online programs, workshops and event tickets are final sale (that means no refunds or returns!). Please carefully read all of the information available and if you’re unsure whether the program, product or service is for you, contact me with your questions in advance of purchasing. 

Cancellation Policy for in person or video coaching sessions: ​I am flexible, so if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, no problem. I just need to know ahead of time. For appointments scheduled but not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session rate. 

Cancellation Policy for The 12 Week Membership Program: For the 12 Week Get on Track Program, the full fee is charged upon signing up. You can cancel your membership at any time by simply letting us know you would like to end personalized meal plans.  However; due to the nature of the program, your plans are created ahead of time, as well a workouts, articles pertaining to your journey and tests.  Therefore, refunds are not possible unless otherwise stated by law in your Country of Residence.  Access to the portal, fitness routines etc remains in effect for the duration of your 12 week period.  After this period is up, your access and information will be removed from the system unless you have opted to continue .
